Durafort 5mm crumb rubber underlay was tested on 12mm laminate timber flooring. Durafort 5 is a durable yet comfort underlay which reduce high level of sound as well as it protect the hard floor from pressure & vibration.

In this test method the 150mm thick bare floor was clean & underlay was laid directly on the concrete covering 3 meter dimension room. Laminate plunk was laid over the underlay locked together as like floor. The test was done as per Australian/New Zealand building standard. The test result perform well as per standard requirement & may use below different types of hard wood floorings.
